We are focused on further advancing our broker-first CRE platform by improving NLP-based search accuracy, structured listing normalization, and AI-driven signal extraction. Ongoing work emphasizes advance indexing algorithms, deterministic data pipelines, explainable insights, and high-confidence listing intelligence derived directly from broker sources. In parallel, we are enhancing our AR layer to better visualize site context, visibility, and spatial trade-area signals.
Short term future Endeavors
Near-term efforts center on expanding market coverage and deploying deeper listing-level analytics such as pricing confidence, leasing velocity, and data-completeness assessment using Large Language models and AI Agents. We plan to launch enhanced AR comparison views and customer-facing dashboards powered by data pipelines. These initiatives aim to accelerate decision-making while reinforcing a broker-first, attribution-driven model.
